This is a €25 Payment Unit. In order to reserve a room, please select the number of units you need for the Security Deposit and First & Last Months’ Rent for your room.

For example, if you are reserving a room that rents for €800 / month, please select 96 units = €800 Security Deposit +€800 First Month’s Rent + €800 Last Month’s Rent.

Your Security Deposit will be refunded approximately 30 days after check-out.
